RefundPolicy

Clear, transparent refund and cancellation terms covering every CoreOrbit service — projects, subscriptions, programs, events, and consulting.

1. Scope

CoreOrbit delivers a mix of one-time engagements, recurring subscriptions, training programs, and ticketed events. Refund treatment varies by service type. This policy explains exactly when refunds are available, when they are not, and how to request one. It applies to all purchases made through coreorbit.io, events.coreorbit.io, webinar.coreorbit.io, and any CoreOrbit invoice.

2. Project-Based Services

Applies to: website design and development, SEO setup, CRM and automation implementation, IVR / phone-system configuration, COEngine onboarding, and one-time marketing campaigns. • A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50% of project cost) is required before kickoff. The deposit covers discovery, planning, kickoff, and resource allocation, and is not refundable once work has started. • Milestone payments invoiced for completed deliverables are non-refundable. • If you cancel mid-project, you remain responsible for the value of work completed up to the cancellation date. Any pre-paid amount above that value is refundable on a prorated basis within 14 business days. • Final-deliverable handover requires full payment of the project balance. • Custom development hours billed and invoiced are non-refundable.

3. Monthly Retainers and Subscription Services

Applies to: digital marketing retainers, SEO retainers, hosting, maintenance, COEngine / COErp / COFlow subscriptions, Google Ads / Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads management retainers, IVR plans, and any other recurring service. • Subscriptions are billed automatically each month on the renewal date. • Cancel any time by emailing billing@coreorbit.io or through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. • Once a billing cycle has started, the fee for that cycle is non-refundable. Service continues for the remainder of the cycle. • Annual plans paid up-front are refundable on a prorated basis (less a 15% administration fee) within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable. • Ad spend you fund through CoreOrbit is paid directly to the ad platform (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and is governed by that platform's refund rules — CoreOrbit cannot refund ad spend already delivered.

4. Programs

Applies to: OrbitIgnite, OrbitScale, NextGen Summit cohorts, and any other multi-week CoreOrbit program. • Full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided fewer than two cohort sessions have been delivered. • After 7 days, or after attending two or more sessions, refunds are not issued. Program credits may be applied to a future cohort or other CoreOrbit service at our discretion. • If CoreOrbit cancels a program before it begins, we issue a full refund within 14 business days. • Travel and accommodation costs incurred to attend program sessions remain the participant's responsibility and are not refundable by CoreOrbit.

5. Event Tickets

Applies to all tickets purchased through events.coreorbit.io, including the NextGen Business Summit, partnership events, and any ticketed live or virtual gathering. • Tickets are non-refundable but transferable up to 7 days before the event. Email events@coreorbit.io with the new attendee's name and contact details. • Booking, processing, and payment-platform fees are non-refundable in all circumstances. • No-shows and partial attendance do not qualify for a refund. • If we postpone an event, your ticket is automatically valid for the rescheduled date. • If we cancel an event outright, full refunds (excluding processing fees) are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method. • Force-majeure events (severe weather, government order, venue closure, public-health restriction) may result in postponement, format change, or credit toward a future event rather than a cash refund. • Travel, accommodation, parking, and any incidental costs are the attendee's responsibility and are not refundable by CoreOrbit. • Discount-code, promo-code, or comp-ticket refunds are limited to the amount actually paid; face value does not apply. • Sponsor and partnership tickets are governed by the sponsorship or partnership agreement, not this Refund Policy.

6. Webinars

• Webinar passes purchased through webinar.coreorbit.io are non-refundable once the webinar link or replay access has been delivered. • If a webinar is cancelled before the access link is sent, full refunds are issued within 14 business days.

7. Consulting and Strategy Sessions

• Booked sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. • Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the session fee. • Pre-purchased session packages are valid for 12 months from purchase date and are non-refundable after the first session is used.

8. Digital Products, Templates, and Setup Fees

• Digital products, templates, and downloadable assets are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. • One-time setup or onboarding fees (CRM build, COEngine configuration, IVR setup, ad-account onboarding, hosting migration) are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.

9. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@coreorbit.io (events@coreorbit.io for event tickets) with: • Order or invoice number • Service or product name • Reason for the request We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete approved refunds within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. Card networks may add an additional 3–10 business days to settlement.

10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend service while we investigate. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out before disputing a charge. Wrongful chargebacks may be referred to collections.
