How CoreOrbit uses cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies on coreorbit.io, events.coreorbit.io, webinar.coreorbit.io, and our connected platforms.
Effective Date: March 2026
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences (login state, language, region) and help the site owner understand how visitors use the site. We also use related technologies — local storage, pixel tags, web beacons, fingerprinting libraries, and server-side conversion APIs — and refer to them collectively as "cookies" in this policy.
Strictly Necessary — required for the site to function (session ID, cookie-consent state, cart contents, fraud prevention, CSRF tokens). Cannot be disabled. Functional — remember your choices (language, theme, accepted region, dismissed banners, saved form drafts). Performance & Analytics — help us understand site usage. Examples: Google Analytics 4, Plausible, PostHog (analytics + feature flags), Hotjar (heatmaps), Microsoft Clarity (session replay). Marketing & Advertising — used by us and our partners to deliver and measure ads. Examples: Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, retargeting cookies, and server-side conversion APIs (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, TikTok Events API). Embedded Content — set by third parties when their content is embedded on our pages. Examples: YouTube, Vimeo, Cal.com, Calendly, Stripe Checkout, HighLevel forms, and COEngine widgets.

• On your first visit, you'll see a cookie banner. You can accept all, decline non-essential, or customize categories. • Change your choice anytime through the cookie-preferences link in the footer. • Block or delete cookies through your browser settings — note that this may break parts of the site (cart, login, video playback, scheduling). • For Google Analytics, install the official opt-out browser add-on. • For ad networks, use the NAI / DAA opt-out tools and Meta's off-Facebook activity controls.
Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because there is no industry-wide standard for interpretation. We honour granular consent through our cookie banner instead.
Each third-party tool has its own privacy and cookie policy. Links are available on each provider's website. CoreOrbit is not responsible for those third parties' practices beyond what we control.
We update this Cookie Policy whenever we add or remove a tracking tool. The Effective Date at the top of the page reflects the latest version.
